Today I am going to show you How to make Crispy Crunchy Juicy Instant Jalebi Recipe at home. Jalebi is one of the popular Indian sweet or dessert item. Bengali Called it Jilipi. It made with Jalebi mixture. Let’s learn the complete step by step process of Jalebi making.

Ingredients of Instant Jalebi Recipe

  1. Jalebi Mix – 1 cup
  2. Lemon Juice – half piece of Lemon
  3. Sugar – 1 and half cup
  4. Cardamom – 1 piece
  5. Saffron – 1Pinch
  6. Ghee
  7. Jalebi Maker
  8. Water – 2 cup

Making of Homemade Jalebi

1Take a bowl. Take 1 cup Jilebi mix and 1 cup water. Make a smooth batter. Keep the batter aside. Make sugar syrup.



Heat the pan.  Add 1 cup of water in 1½  cup of sugar. Boiled it in high flame. When sugars dissolved completely in water then add lemon juice. Now cook in low flame.  Add 1 pinch of saffron, cardamom seeds.



Now do the string test. If the sugar syrup get ready then a small string will come between two fingers. If not come then till cook for more time in low flame.


Pour the batter in jalebi maker. Heat the pan. Add ghee for fry the Jalebi. Fry the Jalebi in medium flame.



Then pour the fried Jilipi in hot sugar syrup. Keep it for 8 to 10 min. Now Instant Juicy Crunchy Crispy Jalebi is ready. Serve hot.
