Ingredients of Tel Koi
- Koi Fish or Climbing Perch
- Tomato (1 Pcs.)
- Ginger Paste
- Green Chilli Paste
- Garlic Paste
- Sliced Onion (1 Pcs.)
- Onion Paste (1 Pcs.)
- Red Chilli Powder
- Cumin Seeds
- Cumin Powder
- Dry Chilli
- Bay Leaf
- Turmeric Powder
- Mustard Oil
- Salt and Sugar (As per Taste)
Directions of How to prepare Tel Koi Recipe
1Marinate the Koi Maach with 1 tsp Turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
2Take a pan. Add mustard oil. Heat the oil.
3Fry the Koi mach.
4Now again take some oil in pan. Heat the oil. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilli.
Now add sliced onion. After few times add onion paste. After that add tomato paste. Also add Garlic paste, Ginger Paste, Green chilli paste.
Now add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder and 1 tsp cumin powder. Add some water and mix the masala very well.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Also add sugar and salt as per your taste.
Now our fish curry is ready to add Koi Fish. Add some water and mix it very well.
Finally add Garam Masala Powder and 2 tsp Mustard Oil and put off gas oven.
Our most delicious fish recipe Tel Koi is ready. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and serve it with hot steamed rice.
