Ingredients of Coriander Leaves Pakora

  1. Coriander Leaves / Dhone Pata / Cilantro Leaves.
  2. Besan ( Gram Flour ).
  3. Red Chilli Powder.
  4. Turmeric Powder.
  5. Black Cumin Seeds.
  6. Baking Soda.
  7. Salt.
  8. Sugar.
  9. Refined Oil.

How To Make Coriander Leaves Pakora


Take a bowl. Take 100 gm Besan or Gram Flour in a bowl.



Add some black cumin seeds, 1 pinch baking soda, half tsp turmeric powder, half tsp red chilli powder, half tsp salt and some sugar. Mix it well. After that add water slowly and mix the mixture very well.



After making the batter, dip the Coriander leaves or dhonepata in the batter and fry it in hot oil. After fry take all Coriander leaves chop in a tissue paper for absorb extra oil.
