Ingredients of Chicken Tikka Kebab Recipe
- Boneless Chicken Cubes.
- Garlic Paste.
- Black Salt or Salt.
- Tandoori Masala.
- Corn Flour.
- Ginger Paste.
- Refined Oil.
- Thick Yogurt.
- Kasuri Methi.
- Black Pepper Powder.
- Fresh Cream (Amul Fresh Cream).
- Chaat Masala.
- Garam Masala Powder.
- Red Chilli Powder.
Making of Chicken Tikka kebab Recipe
First marinate the chicken. Take a bowl and add 400 gm chicken. Then add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp vinegar, half tsp salt, half tsp red chilli powder and mix it well. Again add 1 tbsp refined oil and mix it well.
Put this marinated chicken in Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 Hour.
After first marination, take a new bowl and add 2 tbsp thick yogurt, 1 tsp Garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp corn flour and mix it well. Again add 1 tbsp Tandoori masala, 2 tbsp fresh cream, half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, some kasuri methi, some turmeric powder, some salt, 2 tbsp refined oil and mix it well. You can also add extra salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder as per your taste.
Now add marinated chicken to this mixture. Mix it well. Now refrigerate this marination for minimum 2 hours.
After 2 hours, decorate your chicken tikka kebab with sliced capsicum, onions and tomato in a kebab sticks.
Now preheat your microwave for 180 degree and cook for 15 minutes. You can also grill extra as per your taste.
Now Chicken Tikka Kabab is ready. Serve hot with Green Chutney.
