Today we will learn how to make Aam Panna Recipe at home. Aam panna drink is one of the best refreshing summer drink made by Kancha Aam or Raw Green Mango. This Aam Pana Drink helps us to recover gastrointestinal disorders. It is one of the best beverages to cure many diseases like it prevent Cancer, Heat Stroke, Anemia and other diseases. Ingredients of Aam Panna Recipe

  1. Kancha Aam / Raw Mango – 2 pcs
  2. Black peeper seeds – 20 pcs
  3. Mint leaves / Pudina Pata – 1 tbsp
  4. Soaked fennel – 2 tsp
  5. Sugar – ½ cup
  6. Ginger slice – ¼ inch
  7. Roasted cumin powder
  8. Ice cube
  9. Black salt – ½ tsp

Making of Aam Panna Squash Recipe

Heat the pan and add the raw mango pulp, black peeper seeds, ginger slice. Cover the lid and cook for 8 to 10 min in medium flame. Now put off gas oven. Make it cool.

Take a big mixer grinder jar. Add boiled mango pulp, mint leaves ½ cup sugar, soaked fennel, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and ½ tsp black salt. Blend all ingredients very well.

After this take a bowl and strain it very well. Add 1 lit water in it. Mixed it well.

Homemade Aam ka panna is ready. Pour in glass and serve Mango Panna with ice cubes.
